Birth Package
Empowering you to experience the birth you need.
Included in the package:
1. Free Initial Consultation
An initial meeting where we see how we click, and if you want to go further with me as your doula. This meeting is in a calm environment of your choosing or via video. This is a free meeting to see if you wish to go futher.
3. Contracting
We will write up a contract together that suits both our needs and has room to expand to the changing space that is birth.
3. Antenatal Sessions
The aim of these sessions is to help you connect to your body and your strengths, support you to feel safe in intensity and secure how we will work together as a team.
Sessions may include all or some of the following:
- Connecting to your needs and fears and explore how to stay focused when meeting challenges.
- Birth planning, hospital proceedures and scenarios.
- Postpartum planning and becoming a new parent.
- Somatic Experiencing to connect you to your body and it's strength and ability.
5. Birth on call
I will be available from week 39 of your expected birth. We can also talk by telephone and sms over this period if anything comes up.
6. Follow-up
About a week after your birth, we will have a visit where you can recount your birth story and talk through your experience.
* A few months after your birth I offer a follow-up video call. This is a sort of review where we can talk again about your birth, as well as review the past few months. This call can be taken earlier or later, depending on your needs.
15 000 - 20 000 kr depending on household income
