Somatic rebirthing is a space where the body can safely express. Stories are shared in unison with objects that carry the stories. As the energy entwined in the stories are introduced, we will move into a process to cultivate safety and allow your body to express the energies it wishes to move. This may also culminate in my own body moving to express any energies left in the space
